Shipping

Shipping all parcels of goodies out via Australia Post + TNT Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - every week ! Tracking details will be emailed on your Order Fulfillment Notice once we dispatch the parcel.

Due to the fragile nature of our products and extreme weather conditions in our country - during warmer times of the year (temperatures over 30 degrees C) there could be slightly longer delays in shipments - although these will always be communicated straight away (during business hours).  We will include a small gel Ice Pack inside the parcel, as well as wrap in a thermal liner to help shield from the sun. Both of these items are fully re-usable and the thermal liner is recyclable. TWO LITTLE TARTS will package all goodies as safely as possible.  Please take into consideration all products are handmade and very fragile. 

For  a little extra safety you can always leave an empty esky outside your door if you have popped out and are unable to be home for your TWO LITTLE TARTS delivery.  Although please note - nothing is fail safe and we are shipping chocolate and confectionery.  Any packages that have been unable to deliver due to but not exclusively - re-delivery attempts tried or details incorrect a re-delivery fee will be passed on to you to facilitate the re-delivery of your package. Two Little Tarts will always communicate any extra information needed to help ensure you receive our products in top standard as intended & in a timely manner. In the unfortunate event that your products arrive damaged or broken will replace, exchange or issue a credit depending on a case by case situation.
